What is the Workshop About?
Facilitated by Sue Bartoll, Nutritional Naturopath this workshop will demonstrate
how to create delicious and nutritional food - with a focus on the benefits of each food.
Learn why it is important to add herbs to your meals. How to benefit from good fats/oils
that assist your body in health. Gluten free options can be tasty and nourishing for your body.
Learn how to grow sprouts and the many benefits to health. Super foods are an easy and
palatable way of eating natures medicine, enjoy some amazing recipes.
You will enjoy a cooking demonstration, learning the simple steps in selecting and
preparing several different dishes - you get to eat the food as it is prepared during the day.
